I just bought a course. When can I access it?

I don’t like The course that i boght or it does not meet my expectations, can I return it? Can I request a refund of the amount paid?

Our courses are virtual products, it is not possible to return them.

In any case, whenever if you have not been notified by e-mail, you may request a refund of the amount paid.

Can I download videos to watch offline?

Our courses are designed to be only from the domain www.blurone.es, and we have put all our efforts to make this happen. If you manage to do otherwise you’ll be violating our conditions and as such we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
