In this course, the artist and teacher Juan Saturio contributes much of his knowledge, his way of making and working with watercolor, in addition to his passion for this technique that will allow you to delve into this pictorial procedure, if you have not already done so. done, or improve technique. On the other hand, everyone will be able to use the preferred painting material to carry out the practices, although we recommend heavy-weight paper and professional watercolors.

    During his lifetime, Juan Santurio Santos possessed a great passion for the plastic arts, being his favourite the watercolor, which is a technique that, due to its quickness and expressiveness, created a big interest in the artist, becoming his main style.

    He learned by himself, in a very experimental path that went through different techniques, always surrounding impressionism.

    Competence and experience, mixed with talent, made him capable to win a big variety of prizes in different contests, that, today, overcome the number of 120, standing out on the list a first prize on the “I Certamen Internacional de Acuarela Villa de Rascafría”.

    During the last years, his attention has been on education, giving different types of classes, masterclasses or workshops, with experience on both ways of teaching: face to face and online.
